Refunds & Returns
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer a 15 day refund policy but can only accept returns in their original product packaging and if they are in the same condition as they were when they left us. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover postage costs for returns.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
- Food items cannot be returned
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
We will always try to describe our products as accurately as possible but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com so that we resolve this.
In the event of your order arriving damaged please email us a photograph of the item’s condition. A replacement order, with the same delivery arrangements will be created. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of your order not being received within the expected time-frame, it is important you advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can do everything we can to help.
